Naples, Florida-based Premier Sotheby’s International Realty is making changes in its executive team. The company recently announced the appointment of Adam Kaufman as the senior vice president of the new development division.
As part of his new role, Kaufman will be responsible for managing sales and marketing activities for the firm’s new development projects in Florida and North Carolina. He will also be in charge of recruiting, training, and overseeing sales teams, establishing strategic partnerships with developers and brokers, and representing exclusive new development projects.
In 2022, Kaufman co-founded AdaMark Residential and served as its president. Before that, he held the position of vice president and principal at a luxury residential real estate marketing firm.

Kaufman is also a member of the Florida Board of Realtors.
