Today, I want to delve into the accomplishments of my exceptional team at Coldwell Banker Premier that helped us progress. Remember, success doesn’t happen overnight, so be patient with yourself and your goals.
Enhancing Infrastructure
Our initial objective was to double the size of our company, a task that required careful planning. We decided to bootstrap our infrastructure changes until we were ready to seize opportunities. Agent management and training were crucial focus areas for me to ensure we could support a larger team effectively.

Streamlining Processes
Being process-oriented, I recognized the importance of efficient processes in saving time and effort. We identified a major gap in our onboarding process for new agents, which needed refinement to facilitate scaling. A solid onboarding journey was essential for our growth.

Building a Strong Team
Your team plays a crucial role in the success of your operations. Carefully select team members who align with your goals and values. As my CEO advises, take your time in hiring and act swiftly if adjustments are needed. Ensuring each team member fulfills their role is vital for delivering on promises made to agents.
Action Item: Before hiring new talent, assess your current team for potential role reallocations or promotions. Utilize existing skills within your company to avoid the challenges of training new hires from scratch.
