How did you get your start in real estate?
As a third-generation broker, real estate has always been a part of my life. Growing up in the industry, I developed a passion for it and eventually transitioned from studying American Sign Language to pursuing a career in real estate.
What do you wish more people knew about working in real estate?
Real estate is not as glamorous as portrayed on TV. It requires hard work, motivation, and self-drive. Collaboration and support among agents are crucial for success in this challenging industry.
What’s something you know now that you wish you knew when you started?
Getting involved in local boards and associations can provide invaluable insights and opportunities for growth. Volunteering and engaging with the community can enhance your skills and understanding of the industry.
What makes a good leader?
A good leader recognizes and nurtures the strengths of team members, motivates them positively, and guides them towards shared goals. Celebrating small achievements along the way is essential for fostering a supportive team environment.
