Former USANA Health executive, Donald Cherry, has been appointed to lead eXp Realty’s sustainability efforts. Cherry’s appointment marks the fifth high-level hire or promotion made by eXp Realty this year.

eXp Realty has brought on former USANA Health Sciences executive, Donald Cherry, as the new Vice President of Sustainability, as announced on Friday. Cherry will be leading initiatives to enhance the company’s ethical, social, environmental, cultural, and economic impact on agents and consumers.
“We are thrilled to have Donald join our team,” stated eXp Realty’s Chief HR Officer, Renée Kaspar in a press release. “His extensive experience and commitment to sustainability will be instrumental in advancing our goals. Donald’s track record speaks for itself, and we have full confidence in his ability to steer us towards a more sustainable future for eXp Realty.”
With 18 years at USANA, Cherry progressed from a project specialist to the executive director of corporate sustainability, a role he held for nearly four years. Under his leadership, USANA was recognized as one of America’s Most Responsible Companies and one of America’s Greatest Workplaces for Diversity by Newsweek magazine.
A graduate of the University of Utah and Northeastern University, Cherry was honored as one of Utah Business‘s ‘Forty under 40’ for his contributions to sustainability, diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Cherry’s appointment is the latest addition to eXp’s high-caliber team this year.
The cloud-based brokerage also welcomed marketing strategist Wendy Forsythe and top broker Kendall Bonner in April, while promoting Leo Pareja to Chief Strategy Officer in the same month. Additionally, industry veteran and DOORA co-founder Troy Palmquist was promoted from director of growth to VP of growth and product marketing in June.
