Lone Wolf Technologies has launched a completely revamped software suite called Lone Wolf Foundation, fulfilling a promise made to customers at an industry event last fall.
In a press release on July 8, the company announced the new platform as the culmination of its mission to simplify real estate by consolidating key activities, processes, and solutions into one complete platform.
The Chief Technology Officer, Sean Wheeler, stated that the product decisions were based on extensive research to better serve agents and meet market demands.
Wheeler described the platform as an end-to-end solution, designed to assist agents from lead capture to closing.
The Lone Wolf Foundation includes Lone Wolf Transact, Lone Wolf Front Office, and Lone Wolf Back Office, offering various functionalities to streamline real estate processes.
Front Office provides CRM, marketing tools, and website development capabilities. Transact focuses on managing documentation and ensuring timely closings, while Back Office handles deal financials and advanced accounting tasks.
CEO Jimmy Kelly emphasized the need for integrated software in the industry, leading to the development of Foundation. He expressed pride in the transformative impact of the platform and highlighted ongoing innovation efforts.
Additionally, Lone Wolf Technologies announced a partnership with the Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service for its Cloud CMA product, a tool used by agents for market trends and home pricing.
In 2020, Lone Wolf acquired the company, marking a significant move in the real estate software industry. This follows another major product announcement by Inside Real Estate, who recently revamped kvCORE to BoldTrail. With these developments, the landscape of real estate technology continues to evolve.
