Welcome Heidi Iverson and Anthony Savala to the Team!

“We feel so lucky that Heidi and Anthony chose to join our team,“ Wynands said. “Each brings not only a wealth of experience, but also the kind of character, creativity, passion, and empathy that inspires those around them. We’re excited for the impact they’ll have on our company as well as the customers we serve.“

Heidi Iverson

Heidi Iverson brings over 20 years of experience across various industries. Before joining RETR, she founded PlacedE, a boutique mortgage recruiting and coaching firm. She also held senior leadership roles at Mobility Market Intelligence (MMI), Guild Mortgage, ClosingMark Home Loans, and Castle & Cooke Mortgage.

“I chose to join RETR as VP of Growth because I’ve experienced firsthand how powerful having actionable data can be for driving growth and efficiency,“ Iverson said in a statement. “RETR’s platform takes this further — it gives mortgage professionals clear, practical insights to quickly spot opportunities and grow strategically. The technology is impressive, and I’m proud to join such a talented team that’s making a real difference.”

Anthony Savala

Anthony Savala has over 15 years of experience in the mortgage technology sector. He most recently served as vice president of sales at TRUE. Prior to that, he held business development leadership roles at Experience.com and Reggora, and was an account director for Sales Boomerang (now known as TrustEngine).

“I’ve always focused on impact and helping enterprises use innovative technologies to stay ahead of the curve,“ he said in a statement. “Now at RETR, I’m bringing that track record of execution, experience, and sales leadership to help originators harness the power of data to grow, compete, and win more than ever before.“
