Recruitment has been a key driver of growth for The Real Brokerage in 2024. The digital brokerage platform continues to expand with the recent affiliation of ROVI Homes, a brokerage operating in New England states and Sarasota, Florida. This move brings 150 agents to Real’s platform, strengthening its presence in ROVI’s areas.
ROVI Homes, founded in 2015 by CEO Steve Rovithis, offers alternative methods to traditional franchise models. The company has seen significant growth, accounting for $2 billion in home sales and earning a spot on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing private businesses in the U.S. in 2020 and 2021.
Real President Sharran Srivastava praised ROVI Homes for its innovative approach and outstanding track record, stating that the affiliation will elevate industry standards and create new opportunities for agents and clients. Rovithis commended Real’s focus on technology and education, aligning with his own values and vision for the industry.
In addition to his real estate ventures, Rovithis teaches real estate as an adjunct professor and hosts a real estate show on iHeartRadio. His goal is to be the go-to resource for agents looking to enhance their skills.
Real’s expansion efforts have also included the addition of 400 agents from Amerivest Realty in November, with further expansion plans expected in 2025.
