If you play your (birthday) cards right, you could treat yourself to a whole week – or even month – of amazing freebies.
Loads of companies want to help you mark your special day with free food, vouchers and more.
Of course you will have to sign up to a few emails, letters or loyalty schemes. We always recommend setting up a specific ‘freebie email’ address so that you can pick and choose when to read them and not have your main inbox overloaded. And of course, you can unsubscribe at any time.
It’s a great way to get a little extra treat or a much needed pick me up if you feel those years are flying by just a little bit too quickly!

Be At One Free Sharer Cocktail
Sign up to Be At One’s loyalty app a few weeks before your birthday and you’ll receive a surprise voucher in time for your big day. Currently, the offer is for a free Raspberry Beret sharer cocktail.
Revolution Free Drinks and Discount
When you sign up to Revolution Bar’s newsletter, you’ll get 25% off your bill, a free drink voucher for your actual birthday and – if you’re celebrating a ‘big’ birthday like 21, 30, 40 etc – a free bottle of Prosecco!
BrewDog Drink for Free
You read that right: not a free drink, but drink for free. If you book for yourself and three friends at a BrewDog venue on your birthday, you get to drink a craft beer or cocktail free with EVERY round. That’s right – every time your three friends buy a drink as a round, a fourth one is added completely free.
Cafe Rouge
Cafe Rouge have a similar offer if you sign up to their newsletter and they’ll even give you £10 off as a thank you which you can use on your next visit to your nearest restaurant. Again, make sure you sign up at least a week before your birthday to get the voucher in time and it last for 14 days.

If you have a favourite restaurant or cafe, find out if they have a newsletter to sign up to or an app to download, as this is usually the best way to get a birthday freebie you know you’ll use – plus lots of other discounts and offers throughout the year, too!
